About timegarden

timegarden is a web calendar application, available at timegarden.ai. Its purpose is to show you where your time actually goes: alongside the events you plan, it can automatically log the time you spend on your computer and iPhone, transcribe your meetings, and let guests book time with you — so your calendar reflects what really happened, not just what you intended.

What the app does

Calendar. Create, edit, and review events in a weekly calendar, rate how your time felt, and see summaries of where your hours went.

Automatic time logging. Optionally connect your Mac or iPhone; timegarden then suggests calendar blocks for the time you spent in apps and websites, which you can accept or dismiss.

Meeting transcripts. Optionally record meetings on your Mac; timegarden attaches the transcript and an AI summary with decisions and action items to the calendar event.

Availability & bookings. Publish free time slots as a link; guests pick a slot and the booking lands on your calendar, with a calendar invite emailed to them.

Todos. Optionally connect a todo service (e.g. Todoist) and drag tasks onto the calendar to block time for them.

How timegarden uses Google user data

Google sign-in. Signing in with Google provides your name, email address, and profile picture, used solely to create and identify your timegarden account.

Google Calendar (optional, separate consent). If you choose Connect Google Calendar, timegarden requests access to your calendar events in order to (1) show your existing Google Calendar events inside timegarden, (2) keep events you create or edit in two-way sync, and (3) create events with email invites when a guest books one of your published slots. Calendar access is requested only when you explicitly choose to connect it — it is not part of account sign-up.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it. timegarden's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Who it's for

timegarden is for anyone who wants an honest picture of their week — founders, freelancers, and knowledge workers who plan in a calendar but want to see what actually happened. The app is free while in beta.
