Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and yourtime. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

yourtime is a calendar that automatically logs time from devices you choose to connect, transcribes meetings you choose to record, and helps you share availability and plan your week. It is currently in beta: it's free for now, features may change or break, and we may add paid plans later — you'll always be told before anything starts costing money.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can stop using yourtime at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy).

Your data

Your calendar, activity, reflections, and transcripts are yours. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us only the limited right to store and process them in order to run the service — nothing more. How we handle data is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Recording responsibly

The meeting recorder captures audio of your conversations. Laws about recording vary by place, and in many jurisdictions all participants must consent. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and for informing participants that a meeting is being recorded.

Acceptable use

Don't use yourtime to break the law, to record people without required consent, to probe or overload our systems, or to access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

yourtime is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Transcripts can contain errors; automatic time logs are best-effort reconstructions; availability and bookings depend on third-party services staying up. Keep backups of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yourtime and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including missed meetings, lost data, or decisions made based on your time analytics. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (during the free beta: nothing).

Third-party services

Google Calendar, Todoist, and transcription providers are governed by their own terms. Connecting them is optional and at your discretion.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we'll announce it in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use yourtime after that means you accept the new terms.
